Small country house, dating from 1737. It is of red brick with painted ashlar dressings and has hipped slate roofs with dogtooth eaves and three lateral stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1}
A brief assessment of the house was produced in December 2019, to inform the proposed demolition of an attached 20th century conservatory. The building is of two storeys, with 5 bays to both the south and west fronts. A datestone inscribed 'WM 1737' (with the W and M overlapping) is to the north elevation. {2}
