Full Description

Grade II listed tomb chest, dating from 1629. It is limestone ashlar. The stone to the east is inscribed: 'Here lyeth the Body of Willyam Welles Deseased the 22 of October An. Dom. 1629'. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1}
