Full Description

Grade II listed house, dating from about 1680 and altered in the late 18th and 20th centuries. It is red brick and has a slate roofs with brick coped gables, dogtooth eaves, two gable stacks and a large ridge stack with three tall angle shafts. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Penny Hill Farm, Holbeach. Partially extant 17th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a loose farmstead cluster. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
