Formerly two cottages built in the early 19th century, now in use as a single residence. The buildings were constructed of red brick, and feature a steeply pitched pantile roof with single ridge chimney stack. The cottages are of two storeys, and have a four-bay front, with the doorway to the left having a glazing bar door. There are single glazing bar sashes to the right which flank another doorway, now blocked and with glazing bar casement inserted. Two glazing bar sash windows are to the first floor.
