Full Description

A cottage and shed dating from the early 19th century which underwent alterations in the late 19th century. It was constructed of red brick and has a pantile pyramidal roof with a diamond set ridge stack. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
