Full Description
A farmhouse dating from the early 18th century which underwent alterations in the early and late 19th century. It was constructed of red brick and has a slate roof originally with tumbled gables, two partly external brick gable stacks and a single ridge stack to the rear. Claythorpe Manor (Claythorpe Hall), Claythorpe. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with a covered yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
