A farmhouse dating from the late 18th century which was constructed of colourwashed brick and has a pantile roof with brick coped gables and stacks. Church Farm, Toynton St. Peter. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of L plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
