A farm cottage dating from the early 19th century which was constructed of red brick and has a pantile roof with brick coped tumbled gables and single brick gable stacks. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with two sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a loose farmstead cluster. {2}
