Full Description

A cottage dating from the early 18th century which underwent alterations in the 19th century. It is a mud and stud building which was underbuilt in brick, painted white and it has a half hipped thatched roof with decorative eaves and a single ridge stack. In the attic some of the original timber stud posts survive. The nailed roof has partly clasped purlin and staggered purlin construction.
