Full Description

A cottage dating from the early 18th century which underwent alterations in the early 20th century. It was constructed of mud and stud cottage clad in brick and has a wavy pantile roof with a central brick ridge stack. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
