Full Description

A farmhouse dating from around 1800 which underwent alterations in the 19th century. It was constructed of red brick with plain stucco dressings and has a pantile roof with brick coped partly tumbled gables and two gable stacks. The farm may have been built following the enclosure of Anderby Parish in 1807. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
