Full Description

A Banker's house, now flats, dating from about 1770 which underwent alterations in the late 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. It was constructed of red brick and has slate roofs with ashlar dressings and red brick ridge and valley stacks. The house was the 18th and 19th century home of the Claypon family of Garfitts and Claypon Bank of Boston.
