Early 19th century milestone at Wyberton, at the junction of the A52 with Wortley's Lane. It is of painted ashlar stone, and square in plan with a pyramidal top. It is inscribed 'SLEAFORD 16 MILES' and 'BOSTON 2 MILES' in the respective side panels. It was found to be in a relatively fair condition at that time, although some edge damage was noted and moss was growing on the top. {3}
