House, brick built, Flemish bond, on a stone plinth, the plinth is a minimum of four courses high. The concrete tile roof is hipped on east side and abuts with the roofline of the thatched cottage to the west. It has four windows with replaced concrete sills and rubbed bricked arches. The door also has a rubbed brick arch. {1}{2}
