Full Description

A post mill was erected at Willingham Road in 1855. In 1897 it was struck by lightning and destroyed whilst in motion. {1} The mill is described as a corn mill on the 1st edition 6" Ordnance Survey County Series map. It was still depicted on the 2nd edition 25" Ordnance Survey County Series map, though was labelled as disused. {2}{3}
