PRN 37129. Approximate find spot location.
A watching brief was undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology between September and December 2002 on Phase 1A of works at Rectory Farm, West Deeping. A regionally important Neolithic habitation area was revealed. An undated crouched inhumation of a young adult male was also found. {1}{2}
The interim report on the watching brief undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology on Phase 1A of works at Rectory Farm indiacted that undated pits were found. Each pit contained a horn core indicated that ritual activity was occuring on this site. {3}{4}
