Victoria Lodge was originally an annex to the Came designed girls' boarding house next door (PRN 47258). It has fine timber and brickwork details and a mansard roof which is unusual in the town. It is now a dental surgery. It is considered to be of townscape value by the Conservation Area Appraisal. {1}
