Full Description

PRN 13992 A Baptist chapel is shown on the 1905 OS County Series Map. Ambler suggests that there was not a permanent Salem Baptist presence in Cowbridge until 1885. The site was visited in 2008. Local information suggests that the chapel was demolished and the garage of Chapel House was built on the site incorporating some materials from the former chapel, though none could be discerned from the public road. The chapel is marked on the 1972 OS 1:10000 Map. {1}{2}{3}{4}
