Pair of late 19th-early 20th century semi-detached houses probably designed by Adolphus Came. They are described, as a group with others on the north side of Iddesleigh Road (which appear to have been designed as a group), as 'some of the village's best domestic properties of this period'. They are considered to be of townscape value by the Conservation Area Appraisal. {1}
