PRN 47238 The Woodhall Spa Hotel, previously known as the Eagle Lodge Hotel, includes The Lodge public house and is built of red brick with render in a 'Tudorbethan' style. It was built in the mid 1870s as Eagle House for Charles Blyton and became a hotel in 1882. It is considered to be of townscape value by the Conservation Area Appraisal. {1}
