Full Description
Two undated ditches revealed during a watching brief undertaken on land off Thornton Road, South Kelsey. The ditches may have formed field boundaries defining the western extent of land holdings in alignment with Thornton Road. Overlying the ditches was evidence of medieval ridge and furrow suggesting that the ditches may have been of early medieval date. {1}{2}
