Striking three storey 1930s Modernist style house, considered to be of townscape interest by the Louth Conservation Area Appraisal. {1}
In the 1970s, the owner at that time altered the outer appearance of the building to favour a Mediterranean style. Since 1978 new owners have purchased the property. {2}
