Row of three cottages with a passageway between 12 and 14 Reform Street. Built mainly in brick with a tile roof, there is some stone in the bottom corner to the front of number 12. There is a plaque above the passageway saying 'T-Ward Stone Mason Builder'. Each cottage has a single chimney stack and two sliding sash windows with rough brick segmental arches. There has been a number of repairs to the brickwork and segmental arches. {1}
This building has some architectural and historic value and it does, with other buildings in the vicinity, enhance the character of the area in which it stands. {2}
