PRN 65271
A Mesolithic macehead approximately circular with an hour-glass perforation was found a few yards east of Sleaford church when foundations were dug out for a roadway in 1969. The find was given to Lincoln museum. {1}{2}
The find was previously thought to be of Bronze Age date. {3}
