This building was formerly a Methodist chapel. {1}
Wellington Yard is labelled Chapel Yard on the 1905 Ordnance Survey map, although the building itself is not labelled. {2}
The chapel was built in 1803. It is of red brick, though has been fairly substantially altered, during its conversion to houses. {3}{4}
