Full Description

The remains of a former post-medieval dwelling were recorded in this lcoation in November 2007, during archaeological monitoring on land at Field Street, Boston. The remains comprised several sections of red brick wall footings and a lime plastered well or soakaway that was capped with a decorative arch. No finds were recovered, and the exact date of the remains could not be determined, although they clearly relate to the previous phase of housing on the site. {1}{2}
