Full Description
A ruined dovecote with about 450 nestboxes was seen near Hanbeck Farm in 1965. It was believed locally to be monastic (see PRN 65218) but no evidence to support this was discovered. {1}{2}
The dovecote has been demolished, and is no longer depicted on current OS mapping. {3}
