Full Description

Red House Farm, Walcot near Folkingham. A planned (model) farm belonging to the Ancaster Estate, constructed in the early 1880's. The farm comprised a range of agricultural buildings, including a cake-house.{1} Unnamed farmstead, Walcot Near Folkingham. Extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of U plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
