PRN 55447
Cropmark double-ditched Romano-British rectangular enclosure, Stainton by Langworth. Two parallel ditches forming a rectangular enclosure, with an outlying single boundary ditch. The parallel ditches are quite clear towards the west becoming diffuse towards the east and south. Possibly a Romano-British farmstead (villa). Diffuse ditch-like features were also seen towards the south of the field. Seen on Google Maps (web site) aerial photograph layer.{1}{2}
