The stable block at Aswarby Park was built in 1836 for the Whichcote family who owned the estate. It was designed by H.E. Kendall. It was converted into a house for the current owners of the estate in 1969. {1}{2} The building lies within Aswarby Park, which has been designated as a Registered Park (see PRN 63997). {3}
