Full Description

PRN 64627 Originally terraced housing, now local government offices. Built in 1856, by Kirk and Parry. Victorian Italianate, with tall centre pavilion and links to lower end pavilions. Three storeys to pavilions, two to links, in coursed stone with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roofs, hipped.
