PRN 70561
Ironstone quarries to the east of Lincoln, with associated tramways for carriage of goods. The quarries are depicted on the Ordnance Survey County Series map of 1905. {1}
This mine was worked by the Mid Lincolnshire Ironstone Company. It was opened in 1875 and closed by 1923. {2}
