PRN 64495
Methodist chapel, built in 1837 and altered in the late 19th century, with an ashlar date stone on the right gable. The building is constructed of red brick with yellow brick decoration and pantile roof. It retains original interior features including matchboard panelled walls, benches and a preacher's desk. The site was visited in 2009. The off-centre segmental-headed doorway has a four-panelled door with a rectangular margin light above with etched and coloured glass. To the left of the door there is a single, and to the right, a pair of glazing bar sashes. The building has a dentil eaves course. The rear elevation has three glazing bar sashes. The openings have been reduced in size. The gable has a rectangular ashlar tablet inscribed 'Primitive Methodist Chapel 1837'. A wrought iron lantern brackets survives.{3}{4}{5}{6}
