Full Description

PRN 64488 Sixteen pieces of lint were recovered during the excavation of an Anglo-Saxon and Romano-British site. Of these a number date to the late Bronze Age to early Iron Age. These pieces include two crude multi-platform cores, which lack any form of preparation, two thick, squat flakes and probably also a scraper. Other pieces appear earlier and probably span a range of dates, though the collection is too small and lacking in diagnostic for any definite attribution.{1}{2}
