Cottage built in 1819, with 20th century additions. Constructed in red brick with a hipped slate roof with two lateral chimney stacks. Two storey. Two bays with doorway to right with a 20th century partially glazed door. Datestone to right inscribed: '1819'. Hargate House is not included in this list.
