A late 19th century two storey house with late 19th and mid 20th century extensions, now a bank, situated within the Billinghay conservation area. The building has a yellow brick front with other walls in red brick and a concrete tiled roof with yellow brick gable stacks. [Note: the Mapinfo map shows this building as no. 33.] {1}
