Full Description

PRN 64361 A large house, the nucleus of which is certainly very early. This was largely rebuilt in the late eighteenth or very early nineteenth century, its main face being turned round to the south.{1} The Cottage, South Rauceby. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with three sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
