Full Description

PRN 64235 Roman material, including tegulae and tile fragments, was found amongst the monastic material during the excavation of Haverholme Priory (see PRN 60740). This suggests that Roman remains at Sleaford may have been used as a stone quarry during construction of the priory. {2}{3}
