PRN 64209 Former school house, now house built in the late 18th century, altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. Constructed in coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings with some yellow brick. Pantiled roofs, one with raised stone coped gables. The building also has three yellow brick gable stacks. Single storey plus attics and a three bay front.{1} There is a house in South Rauceby also known as the School House, probably made available by the Rauceby estate for the village teachers; it has not been used as a school but a number of the school teachers or mistresses have lived there.{2}
