Full Description

PRN 46720 17th century mud and stud cottage, altered and extended in the 20th century. Mud and stud construction, whitewashed rendered walls, pantile roof with single brick ridge stack. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.{1} 18th century encased and pantiled cottage.{2} The cottage, believed to be 17th century and originally of mud and stud contruction still retains posts and braces, though brick-clad when altered and extended in the 20th century.{3} Unnamed farmstead, Woodhall Spa. 19th century farmstead. Row. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. The farmhouse is the only surviving historic structure. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {4}
