A Methodist (Wesleyan) chapel is shown on the 1905 O.S. map. {1}
The chapel is not present on the current map, although a building labelled 'church' is shown nearby. It is not certain whether the building remains in use, or is even still standing. {2}
The site was visited in 2009. The site of the chapel shown on the OS County Series map was occupied by a modern Post Office building at that time, though a Wesleyan Reform chapel was built on a nearby plot around 1967.{3}
