PRN 64086 This record is for the lodge only. For a history of Ashby Hall and its surrounding gardens, see PRN64076 Lodge to Ashby Hall. Depicted on the Ordnance Survey County Series (First Edition) map of 1891.{1} The lodge to Ashby Hall appears to have been built during the expansion of the estate by the Rev. John William King (sometime between 1841-1875). A photograph of the lodge is contained in a recent historical study.{2}
