Full Description

PRN 46674 A former rectory, now a house built in about 1850 by S. S. Teulon, for the Honourable and Reverend A. H. Gore. It was altered in 1869 by James Fowler of Louth. The building was constructed in red/yellow brick and red brick, with ashlar dressings, and has slate roofs with raised stone coped gables, a single gable and ridge stacks. Teulon's original plans show that the 1869 extension was planned as a position for a future dining room and that the fireplace window must have been added during construction. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} The Old Rectory (Rectory), Withcall. 19th century farmstead.
