Full Description
Earthworks of medieval ridge and furrow, to the west of Bank Cottage, Chapel St Leonards. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
Further remains of medieval ridge and furrow earthworks were identified to the north of those previously recorded, during analysis of more recent aerial photographs of this area. The remains were identified as a series of parallel linear earthworks, aligned on a roughly east to west axis. {2}
