Full Description

PRN 23972 A single grave was discovered during construction of a pipeline. The grave contained a single articulated inhumation, an adult female, aligned north-south. Nails in the grave indicate that the individual was buried in a coffin. The presence of the coffin nails and the alignment of the grave suggest a Romano-British date. {1}{2}
