Full Description

PRN 46465 A single Roman coin was recovered during excavation prior to the construction of the Partney by-pass. The coin is a worn and featureless denarius, pierced for suspension enabling it to be worn as an amulet. The amulet may well have been made and used in a later period, probably Anglo-Saxon. {1}{2}
