Full Description

PRN 63857 A broad range of post-medieval artefacts were found during fieldwalking in Leasingham. The finds included a range of pottery types (including Cistercian ware, Bourne D ware and black ware), clay pipe stems and bowls dating to the 17th to 19th century, some fragments of glass and a number of iron objects. A single late medieval to post-medieval whetstone was also retrieved.{1}
