Full Description

Cropmarks of a number of former enclosures and boundaries, thought to represent the remains of a possible prehistoric or Roman farmstead, on land to the south of Holton le Clay. Visible as a number of ditched enclosures, one of which is rectilinear and measures roughly 25m by 20m, and with two ditches on its southern sode. To both east and west of this are associated perpendicular boundaries possibly forming the remains of further enclosures. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
