A watching brief and building survey was undertaken at 16 to 18 College Close, Lincoln prior to development. The boundary wall currently on site was originally part of some 19th century cottages which stood on the site. Further evidence for this was seen in the watching brief which found evidence for a return wall from the boundary wall. {1}{2}
