Full Description

PRN 36599 An archaeological watching brief and excavation along the route of the Silk Willoughby to Staythorpe gas pipeline recorded two ditches on a north-north-west to south-south-east alignment, and a single ditch on a north-east to south-west alignment. One of the ditches produced a small assemblage of Romano-British grey ware pottery, dating to the 2nd to 3rd century.{1}{2}
